Brilliant water like colour with faint greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose is dominated by intense lime top notes followed by some citrus, orange rind and talc. Fresh and zesty the palate possesses lime and citrus flavours over a steely mineral infused back palate. Clean crisp snappy acid finish with long aftertaste of lime, citrus and talcy mineral.
