2010 Redesdale Estate Heathcote Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc

Very deep dark red black core with a dark brick red hue. Elevated aniseed and cassis aromas mix with black plum, vanillin oak and spice. Rich flavours of ripe blackcurrants, liquorice and dark plum have an opulent feel with some earthy leather, vanillin cedar and spice on the finish. Velvety yet structured tannins. Concludes with a medium length aftertaste.
