Payment for orders being shipped internationally can be made via bank transfer only.
Spirits or liqueurs CANNOT be shipped to the USA

All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars.
An Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST) refund of 10% is available on all products exported and will be deducted at the time of ordering. Export pricing is calculated by dividing the selling price by 1.1 - so for example if a bottle is listed at A$110.00 on our website the export price after theremoval of Australian GST will be A$100.00.
We strongly suggest that you check with local authorities with regard to any restrictions, prohibitions, duties and taxes that might be payable, and licenses that might be required before placing any order. Should the goods be confiscated, refused, destroyed or the like, Nicks Wine Merchants will not be liable in anyway.
Nicks Wine Merchants responsibility will end once the shipment leaves Australia.
