Tasting note: Clear. Ripe pear and lemon peel aromas over a juniper berry background. Smooth entry leads to a silky, semi sweet, light-to medium bodied palate with dried juniper over subtle citrus and meringue flavours. Oily & delicately peppery mouth feel. Citrus and herb fade, finishing dry with a faint citrus aftertaste. A gin with the juniper volume down low.
