2013 Yangarra Estate Vineyard Grenache

Deep dark red black colour with a bright purple red hue. Aromas of ripe black raspberries and liquorice bound from the glass followed by some ripe plum, confectionary and spice. Medium bodied the palate is filled with succulent black raspberry, dark plum and liquorice flavours on the front palate with the back palate firming up and taking on a muscular chewy textural feel. Underlying nuances of confectionary and spice. Firm solid tannin structure. Long aftertaste of ripe black raspberries, liquorice, confectionary and spicy earth.
