Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose provides uplifted scents of lemon and lime followed by some talc and steely mineral. Lemon and lime flavours dominate the palate alongside some orange rind and talc with a zippy steely mineral infused finish. Dry finish with crunchy acidity and long lemon, lime, talc and steely mineral aftertaste.
