Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of white ripe peaches are intermixed with nuances of light honeycomb, nougat, cashew and spicy delicately toasted oak. The palate is lighter and fresher than anticipated with flavours of white peaches and citrus followed by some cashew and spice. Clean dry finish with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of white peaches, cashew and spice.
