2013 Pike & Joyce Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a very faint hint of greenish tinge around the outskirts and watery hue. On the nose interlaced top notes of passionfruit, green apple, lime and citrus are present. Refreshing, zesty flavours of passionfruit and green apple dominate the palate followed by some limey citrus characters and light mineral nuances on the back palate. Crisp crunchy acid finish with aftertaste of passionfruit, green apple and citrusy mineral.
