Brilliant water like colour with very faint greenish tinge around the edges. The nose exhibits intense aromas of passionfruit with some underlying gooseberry and citrus. Vibrant and fresh the palate has flavours of crunchy green apple, lime and citrus. Clean crisp acid finish. Light racy mouthfeel with aftertaste of crunchy green apple, lime and citrus.
