Todd Dexter was at the helm of Stonier’s winemaking during their meteoric rise to become one of Mornington Peninsula’s most respected and well know wineries. Todd is now out on his own producing impressive wines under his own label ‘Dexter’.

Light in body but long on flavour.

Semi translucent bright dark crimson red colour with a light crimson red hue. Nosing reveals a perfumed profile of ripe dark cherries and strawberries intermixed with a hint of violets followed by some spicy cedar and light meatiness. Softly textured the palate possesses rich succulent fruit flavours of ripe dark cherries, plums and strawberries over a background of very subtle anise and spicy cedar. Superb power wave with velvet smooth perfectly integrated tannins. Long aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, strawberries, subtle anise and spicy cedar.
Cellar 5-6 years.
