2012 Juniper Crossing Chardonnay

Fermented and aged in French oak barrels for up to 9 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. On the nose delicate white peach aromas are intermixed with almond nuances followed by some toastiness and spice. On the palate elegant flavours of white peach and nectarine are to the fore over a roasted almond, citrus and spice background. Clean dry finish with refreshing acidity. Aftertaste of nectarine, roasted almond and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
