2011 The Edge Pinot Noir

Semi translucent deep dark crimson red colour with crimson red hue. The nose displays ripe dark cherry, plum and dark raspberry aromas with some cedary background notes. The palate is much lighter and not as rich or voluptuous as previous vintages with flavours of dark cherry, dark raspberry and some underlying cedar and spice. Very fine grained soft tannins. Modest aftertaste of ripe dark cherry, dark raspberry and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
