2008 Brini Sebastian Shiraz

Maturation took place in French and American oak for 18 months. Outstanding totally opaque black crimson colour with very deep black dark crimson hue. The aromatics show excellent perfumed lift with scents of ripe blackberry and dark plum to the fore followed by some liquorice, dark chocolate and vanillin spice. Full bodied the palate possesses plenty of richness but at the same time is quite elegant in stature. Mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackberry and dark plum are followed by some spice, a touch of liquorice and dark chocolate. Velvet smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of ripe blackberry, dark plum, dark chocolate and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016).
