Opaque black dark crimson red colour with deep dark crimson red hue. Perfumed aromas of ripe blackberry, liquorice, dark plum and spice. Medium bodied and quite refined the palate displays flavours of blackberry, liquorice, spice and blackpepper with a dry dusty finish. Fine grained but slightly dryish tannins with aftertaste of blackberry, cedar and spice.
