Winemaker Rudi Bauer has produced a Pinot with distinctive varietal character and good cellaring potential. Bright crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Medium body. Lifted nose of spice, violets and black cherry showing excellent varietal lift. On the palate, flavours of black cherry and spice. Fine dryish, but balanced tannins. Cherry and spice aftertaste.
