Tasting note: Located on the Great Barrier Reef, Wolf Lane was founded in 2019 and produce a range of gins, plus a coffee liqueur. This 'Tropical' expression contains thirteen botanicals, steeped overnight. Full, spicy aromas include juniper, coriander, green cardamom, white pepper, grapefruit and hints of dried mango. The palate follows through in an intense, tangy burst of pepper-laced citrus, dried herbs and coriander. The finish is spiced-up and long. Local ingredients include ruby grapefruit, finger lime, lavender and mint. 42.5% Alc./Vol.
