The Witjuti white chocolate grubs are a sensation at dinner parties. Moulded from a real witjuti grub, they are filled with a wild lime core that is similar in appearance to the intestinal gut of a real witjuti grub. The white chocolate grubs are then dusted in cocoa to create the appearance of a grub that has been freshly dug out of the ground.
