Trevor Jones Sparkling Shiraz

Very deep crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. Short lived mousse followed by an almost invisible bead. Top note of leather, followed by a hint of earth and spice. Flavours of plum and stewed fruit over a leather background. Short palate profile. Plum, stewed fruit and leather aftertaste.
