Creamy white mousse with fine persistent bead. Pale straw colour base wine. Aromas of biscuit, grapefruit and yeast lees followed by some toast end notes. The palate displays flavours of baked bread, winter strawberries, yeast lees and cashew followed by a touch of toast. Creamy palate texture with clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of baked bread, yeast lees and cashew.

Short, A fine example of Sparkling made by Tony Murphy from Mount Macedon fruit. Excellent creamy white mousse, with fine persistent bead. The base wine is straw coloured with hints of green. The nose displays light biscuit and yeast autolysis notes. Creamy palate texture. Soft acid finish. Strawberry cream aftertaste. An elegant fuller style.
