"Tasmanian Independent Bottlers Pty Ltd" was established in 2015 to showcase limited bottlings of Australian and New Zealand spirits. Their production model is based on Tim Duckett’s Heartwood operation, however, the aim is to produce whiskies that may have a greater range of appeal with ABVs around 48% as opposed to high octane mid-sixties.

This edition is from “Redlands Distillery” and was matured in Muscat barrel TIB RD 002.

A new Tassie venture, in September 2016, Redlands sowed their first crop of barley in their new home at Kempton, continuing a paddock-to-bottle philosophy. x Pinot Noir and fortified wine casks are typically employed with water transported from the Plenty River.
