Sullivans Cove Single Cask French Oak Barrel HH0390 Single Malt Australian Whisky (700ml)

A very special Sullivan's Cove. Liquid from barrel HH0390 was part of Sullivan's Cove 'Manifesto' - a one of a kind, $10,000 super malt made using extremely rare French oak matured whiskies from the distillery’s award winning barrels. The final composition included French Oak HH0525 (World’s Best Single Malt Whisky), French Oak HH0390 (Best Australian Single Malt 2015, review below), and French Oak HH0509 (rated 96.5/100 in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible 2013). It's a piece of Australian whisky history up for grabs! One only to sell.

Other reviews... Jasmine, frangipane, tropical flowers on the nose. Lanolin, polished gym floors, pencil shavings without the lead part, floral scented erasers on paper.
