This is a high quality Methode Champenoise without going overthe top. A blend of pinot noir and chardonnay, with the pinotcomponent dominating, it is a softer style, quite full offlavour, but not as dry as Noble Sauvage. Straw colour with finebead and good mousse. The palate is medium dry, with a hint ofpeachy chardonnay flavour - clean crisp finish.\Z
