The nose displays pear aromas intermixed with a touch of winter strawberry and some toast end notes. On the palate flavours of pear, baked apple and a hint of winter strawberry finishing clean and crisp. Aftertaste of ripe pear, winter strawberry and toast.

Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of citrus, cashew and light toast.

The palate is fuller than the nose suggests with creamy texture, followed by some yeast lees and nut flavours. Clean finish. Light aftertaste of yeast lees and biscuit. A Commercial style.

    Pours well for a commercial bubbly displaying a white creamy mousse and a pale straw base wine colour. Very fine bead showing excellent persistence. Nosing reveals ripe pear top notes intermixed with yeast lees, baked bread and light citrus aromas. The palate impresses for the price featuring a moderately creamy texture and good richness with flavours of baked bread, citrus, yeast lees and light toast. Clean crisp dry finish with an aftertaste of baked bread, citrus and yeast lees. Fantastic value and a great everyday drinking bubbly for the many parties ahead.

Omni, a beautifully crafted, non-vintage wine, has an impressive pedigree having won one trophy and four gold medals.Made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir the wine has been carefully blended and matured to produce a wine of consistent style and quality. The wine was tiraged with a selected yeast strain and aged on lees for 9-12 months. Medium straw with a slight green hue. Lifted fruit bouquet, complexed by a yeast autolysis character. The palate is rich, creamy and flavoursome, yet retains an elegant structure. Mature rich fruit flavours are complexed with yeasty characters. Good persistence of flavour balanced with a clean acid finish. Serve chilled. 12.5% alcohol volume.
