2004 Patrick T Home Block Cabernet Sauvignon
Region: Wrattonbully
Colour: Brick red hues. Bouquet: Oozes bouquets of cherry cassis and cigar box essence with stacks of blueberry.Palate: This wine is minty and bright, with stacks of fresh, lively blueberry fruit and a touch of roasted cashew and the influence of medium toast from oak. Ageing potential: An elegant wine that deserves a few more years of cellaring. 13.5% ALC/VOL
 
2004 Grancari Estate Wines Shiraz
Region: McLaren Vale
Colour: Rich dark deep purple hues. Bouquet: Full fruity aromas.

2004 Woodstock Winery & Coterie Cabernet Sauvignon
Region: McLaren Vale
Colour: Deep crimson hue and dark centre.  Bouquet: Some leafy herbal notes over berry fruits with complex spice. Palate: Focussed cabernet flavours with savoury edges adding depth to a warm chocolate heart.  Cabernet structure offers some astringency to keep the finish tight. Colour: Dark red. Bouquet: High-toned aromas of raspberry and strawberry liqueur, with subtle notes of mint and gingerbread. Palate: An intriguing blend of spices and sweet red berry fruit that builds and deepens with air, the fruit heading into darker, riper territory but maintaining excellent focus. Explosively sweet on finish, the fresh raspberry and strawberry flavours wonderfully vibrant and precise. Colour: Deep purple – almost black.Bouquet: Chocolate, mint, mixed berries and a touch of toasty oak.
