Settlers Pomegranate Gin (700ml)

A small batch gin using bright, beautiful pomegranates infused with vanilla pods adding slight sweetness and extra texture.

Tasting note: A relatively dry nose feel. Perhaps more juniper and herb coming through than fruit, with hints of curry leaf, pine needle and vanilla. Hard to distinguish. Some tasters picked up Feijoa. Creamy with a texture like a fruit sorbet or gelato. Piney cool-mint like finish. Lovely tang and purity, but the pomegranate is lost. 43% Alc./Vol.
