Up to 25 different grape varieties can go into this blend, with a big dose of sultana table grapes making up the base for the high volume quaffing sparkler. This is one of Australia’s most popular and very modestly priced sparklers, with 7 million litres produced annually.
Pale straw colour, fine bead, lifted nose, with grapey pear notes. Simple creamy palate, with little length or depth. Clean finish, pear aftertaste.Drink.
