Routin Red Vermouth (750ml)

One of the distillery’s oldest products, Vermouth Routin Original Rouge is among Philibert Routin’s most famous creations. For more than 130 years his original blend of 24 plants and spices has been religiously followed in order to create this signature apéritif. Original Rouge owes its unique flavour to a proprietary aging process: 50% of the finished product is aged in oak barrels to balance the flavour range. Key ingredients include wormwood, cloves, lavender, coriander and vanilla infused into local white wines. Accompanied by chocolate and nuts (almonds, hazelnuts), it will work well as an ending to meals.
