2013 Shaw & Smith Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose shows good aromatic lift with scents of ripe gooseberry intermingling with some grassy characters and passionfruit followed by some green apple end notes. Light across the palate with a clean crisp acidity and flavour profile of passionfruit, gooseberry, lime and green apple. Refreshing finish with aftertaste of passionfruit, ripe gooseberry and lime.
