Tasting note: This is Old Kempton's single malt infused with lavender from the famous Bridestow Estate in northern Tassie. Brilliant violet to French blue in colour, the aroma carries notes of lavender potpourri. In the mouth, it's sweet and light with silky viscosity and a delicate infusion of lavender. The aftertaste suggests herbal teas. It's all very subtle. Try it in a Lavender fizz topped with blueberries. 33% Alc./Vol.
