Wholly matured in a Pinot cask for close to three years and bottled at a natural strength of 64% Alc./Vol., this is the follow up to Old Kempton's delicious Tokay barrel matured release (already sold out).

In September 2016, Redlands sowed their first crop of barley at their new home at Kempton, continuing a paddock-to-bottle philosophy. x Pinot Noir and fortified wine casks are typically employed with water transported from the Plenty River. Headed by Dean Jackson, the distillery remains one of a handful worldwide to grow and process its own barley.
