New ground once again from the distillery as of April, 2015, this one under 'Project X'; a three year old white whisky

Tasting note: [Batch 141021-WH-1] Clear. Vodka like aromas include delicate vanilla / sponge cake / jelly bean / mineral; the quality of the distillate shines through. Clean and moderately peppery in the mouth with medium dry meringue, light fruity malt and a lozenge-like finish. Lingers with lively spices in the aftertaste. 42.1% Alc./Vol. 556 bottles produced.
