Killawarra K Series Sparkling Shiraz Cabernet

Brick red mousse with very good persistence. Moderate bead. Brick red colour. The nose shows some development characteristics with hints of leather, spice and prune. The tannins are quite dry, with leather, spice and prune flavours persisting and lasting long into the aftertaste.
