An apple Brandy distilled twice in pot stills from a selected blend of new season’s cider, then matured and softened in small Oak prior to bottling. It is indispensable to many of the recipes of Normandy and Brittany, particularly in pork and poultry dishes. We recommend Kellybrook’s as a superb after dinner drink.
