Jip Jip Rocks Sparkling Cuvee

Good white creamy mousse showing good hold followed by a very fine and persistent bead with a pale straw base wine colour. Yeasty top notes are followed by some baked bread, citrus and light sherbet end notes. The palate delivers flavours of citrus, yeast lees and baked bread followed by a touch of cashew showing good length. Clean crisp dry finish. Almost creamy like texture. Medium to long aftertaste of yeast lees, biscuit and cashew.
Drink over the next 1-2 years (2012-2014).
