Jimmy Watson Sparkling Shiraz

The colour of the base wine is deep crimson purple mauve colour. Excellent mousse with very good persistence. Fine bead. Purple mauve mousse. The palate delivers flavours of spice, ripe plum and stewed fruit followed by a hint of liquorice. The fruit on the palate has good flavour concentration, with a dryish finish. Aftertaste of spice and plum.
