Hure Freres Memoire Extra Brut Champagne

Superb white frothy mousse that shows good hold followed by a pale straw base wine colour. Very profuse and exceptionally fine bead. The nose opens with pear and citrus top notes intermixed with bready yeast lees characters and cashew. Refreshingly dry the palate has flavours of citrus, yeast lees and light toast followed by subtle biscuit and mineral. Crisp very dry finish with an aftertaste of citrus, toast and yeast lees.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
