Henry Martin Sparkling Shiraz

The mousse is deep mauve purple. Moderate bead and persistence. The base wine is very deep black crimson colour with black crimson hue. On the nose aromas of plum, spice and blackberry. The palate reveals a hint of liquorice, followed by plum and spice. The flavour profile is relatively short. Aftertaste of plum and stewed fruit.
