Heartwood 1 of 3 Cask Strength Vatted Australian Malt Whisky (500ml)

This is from Heartwood's first ever barrel, 'HH007', a 300 liter cask from Sullivan's Cove, which, after 8 years "tasted like sh&t" according to Tim Duckett. It was subsequently divided between three heavily charred 100 liter port barrels (hence 1 of 3) The first barrel played with (1of/3) was half full due to the angels, then filled with 100% peated Lark spirit in 2008. In March 2015, it was felt the middle palate was lacking, so three liters of 5 year old Oloroso sherry 100% peated Lark whisky was added. Hence 1 of 3 was born. Limited to 190 bottles.
