Sir James wines are born of the Hardys heritage of winemaking, where skill and care are paramount to achieving premium quality wines. Fruit is sourced from premium vineyards around Australia to ensure consistency of flavour and quality, and hence Sir James wines have developed into one of the most reliable and trusted brands in the country.The winemaker's objective is to create a complex flavoursome wine whilst still retaining the finesse of a premium sparkling style. To achieve this objective the winemaker has used a combination of characteristics of these noble grape varieties, traditional winemaking techniques, malolactic fermentation and 12 months maturation on yeast lees.Sir James cuvée brut is consistent in style with fresh delicate flavours, finishing crisp and dry on the palate. A classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from selected cool climate regions. 12% alcohol volume.
