A full bodied slightly broad style of Champagne. The wine displays good mousse with fine bead of moderate persistence. The base wine shows some oxidated character with golden coloured base wine. Aroma of biscuit and yeast autolysis followed by notes of honeycomb, toast and cashews. The base wine is a touch broad, with flavours of biscuit, honey and toast evident. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of biscuit, honey and yeast lees.
