Gibson's Barossa Vale Sparkling Merlot

An outstanding sparkling Merlot. The first thing that excites is the depth of the mousse, and its pale mauve colour. Very fine profuse and persistent bead. Once the mousse settles down, the wine displays a deep purple crimson mauve colour. Aromas of mulberry, spice, liquorice and cherry. Mouthfilling flavours of blackberry, spice and liquorice. Excellent length, very fine tannin structure, followed by a very long cherry, liquorice, mulberry and spice aftertaste.
