Georgia Sparkling Red

An impressive youthful sparkling red of unstated grape variety. Generous deep crimson purple, creamy mousse. Medium size bead with moderate persistence. Opaque black purple colour. Lifted nose of crushed blackberry followed by inky dark cherry and spice notes. The palate displays flavours of liquorice, plum and blackberry. Fine grained tannins. Excellent fruity palate with long liquorice ripe blackberry aftertaste.
