Freeman Prosecco

A frothy mousse shows good hold to eventually reveal a pale straw base wine colour with a very fine and persistent bead. Pear and apple aromas are overlaid by lemon sherbet with faint mineral end notes. Light and fresh with vibrant acidity the palate has flavours of pears intermixed with lemon sherbet followed by a subtle chalky minerality on the crisp finish. Aftertaste of pears, lemon sherbet and mineral.
