Dry Fly Bourbon 101 is the first legal bourbon produced in the state of Washington since Prohibition. Made from a mash bill of 60% corn (grown by a local Hutterian Settlement), 20% wheat, and 20% barley, the spirit is aged for a minimum of 3 years. Older releases are in the pipeline.
