Diplomatico Seleccion de Familia Rum (700ml)

In this latest Diplomatico, 90% pot still rums are combined with a small portion of batch kettle and column still rums, aged for up to twelve years, then finished in a selection of Bourbon, Whisky and Sherry casks. 'Seleccion de Familia' has been created as a contrasting style to the very sweet "Reserva Exclusiva', being drier, spicier and some would say, even more complex. At 43%, it's also a little more intense, while retaining Diplomatico's signature smoothness. For anyone who has graduated to less sweet rums, this will stay in heavy rotation.
