This wine has spent 18 months on yeast lees. The colour is pale damask pink. Fine bead but lacks persistence. The colour is a touch unnatural. Very subtle nose of strawberry and spice. Creamy texture, with strawberry and lemon palate flavours. Crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of lemon and strawberry.
