De Bortoli Emeri Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc

This is a scoffing sparkler – bright pale straw colour base wine. Very short mousse with very short bead – showing little persistence. Delicate grassy nose with hints of spice and confectionary. The palate is subtle with nuances of lemon, confectionary and sherbet evident over a light gooseberry background. Crisp acid finish. Grassy herbaceous aftertaste.
