The tasting bottle was totally ‘over gassed’ and erupted with a violet force that makes a mockery of a quick ejaculation. ¾ of a bottle was lost upon opening! What was left of the wine displayed a very deep crimson colour. There was little evidence of a mousse and the bead disappeared as fast as the wine erupted out of the bottle. Inky liquorice and ripe plum palate flavours. Fine dry tannins followed by a plum spice aftertaste.
Drink (2003) whatever you have left in the bottle!
