An unusual liqueur produced from Cabernet Sauvignon fruit, grape spirit and Tasmanian spring water. The liqueur has an opalescent hue, that creates a cloudy, kaleidoscopic effect when poured into the glass or when the bottle is shaken.18% Alc./Vol. No tasting notes available.
Cocktail: Cloud 9 Martini
60ml Cloud 9
15ml Belvedere citrus vodka
10ml Rose syrup
5ml Cointreau
30ml pink grapefruit or white grape juice
Dash Angustouras bitters
5ml lemon juice
Method: Stir all ingredients in shaker over ice, double strain into Martini glass.
Garnish with a white rose petal floated.
