Very good mousse with creamy head. Very good persistence of bead. Deep straw colour base wine. Aroma of biscuit and hazelnut followed by light lees. Creamy palate texture, with flavours of lemon and grapefruit over a light lemon background. An elegant aperitif style. Clean acid finish.
